Terms & Conditions


All bookings received are considered firm bookings. Course fees are payable at time of registraton.


Please choose carefully. Once processed your course fee will not be refunded if you change your mind or your circumstances change.


Transfers to other courses can be organised. Please provide notice in writing at least 10 working days prior to commencement of the course for which you are registered.


All courses/workshops are subject to minimum enrolments and may be cancelled at short notice if insufficient enrolments are received. If we cancel your course you will be notified and we will refund your fees in full.


Payment in full is required at time of registration.


We do not run courses on public holidays.


Where a participant is ill on the day of a course, and notifies us that day, fees will be refunded or a transfer offered upon production of a doctor’s certificate.


Where a participant leaves a course due to illness, upon production of a doctor’s certificate, they will be offered a place in a subsequent course of the same name if available. Partial refunds will not be offered.


Payment can be made by Direct Debit, MasterCard, Visa, cheque or money order. Cheques are to be made payable to Chestnut Hill Conference Lodge, PO Box 25A, Kallista, VIC 3971.
