1. Tasting Class
Sampling and experiencing a range of French and Belgian chocolates.
Approx. 1-1/2 hours, $50.
2. Fundamentals Class
Tempering chocolate in a variety of ways.
Learn what makes good chocolate product.
Approx. 2 hours, $55.
3. Chocolate Bars
Learn the techniques for making ganache, fruit and nut filled bars. The perfect gift.
Approx. 2 1/2 hours, $60.
